Firstly, the temperature of the material barrel. Due to the lower solution flow rate of fiberglass reinforced plastics by 30% to 70% compared to non reinforced plastics, their flowability is poor. Due to the fact that the temperature of some material barrels should be 10-30 ℃ higher than usual. The temperature of the material barrel can reduce the viscosity of the solution, improve fluidity, avoid poor filling and fusion, and is conducive to increasing the dispersion of glass fibers and reducing orientation, resulting in lower surface roughness of the product. However, the higher the temperature of the material barrel, the better. If the temperature is too high, it will increase the trend of PA66 oxidation and degradation. Mild color changes may occur, and in severe cases, coking and blackening may occur. When setting the temperature of the material barrel, the temperature of the feeding section should be slightly higher than the conventional requirements, slightly lower than the compression section, to enhance its preheating effect, reduce the shear effect of the screw on the glass fiber, reduce local viscosity differences and damage to the glass fiber surface, and ensure the bonding strength between the glass fiber and resin. The melting temperature of the material used for the hand cover is 275~280 ℃, and the high temperature does not exceed 300 ℃. The temperature of the material barrel can be selected within this range. Next is the mold temperature. The temperature difference between the mold and the melt should not be too large to prevent the glass fiber from accumulating on the surface and forming floating fibers when the melt is filled. Therefore, it is necessary to use a higher mold temperature, longer cooling time, longer molding cycle, lower productivity, and increase molding shrinkage rate. Therefore, the higher the mold temperature, the better. The setting of mold temperature also needs to consider the variety of resin, mold structure, glass fiber content, etc. When the mold cavity is complex, the glass fiber content is high, and it is difficult to fill the mold, the mold temperature should be appropriate. For the material of the handlebar cover of the car, the selected mold temperature is 110 ℃.
