POLYPLASTECH was registered and established in July 2007. Currently located in Jiaxian County Provincial Economic and Technological Development Zone, Pingdingshan City, covering an area of over 40 acres, the company's main products include PA, PP, ABS,PBT reinforcement, toughening, flame retardancy, and product research and development modification. The company has 11 production lines for twin-screw extruders, with basic automation scale and an annual production capacity of more than 30000 tons of plastic modified products. The company is a high-tech enterprise with a municipal research and development center, an independent research and development team, and research and development equipment. It has numerous invention patents and utility model patents. The company has successively passed the IATF 16949:2016 certification, ISO 24001-2016 environmental management system certification, ISO 45001-2020 occupational health and safety management system certification, and the flame retardant product ZR has passed UL-94, V-0 standard flame retardant performance certification.

2005

In the early stage of establishment

2016

Start of Operations Research

In 2016, the company relocated to the eastern section of the South Ring Road in Jiaxian County Provincial Economic and Technological Development Zone, adding two 65# automated production lines. Frontline employees, especially highly educated technical talents, joined in large numbers. POLYPLASTECH is moving towards an independent research and development team, research and development equipment, and a high-tech enterprise with numerous invention patents and utility model patents.

2017

Small achievements

In 2017, the production capacity was further expanded, and three 75 # automated production lines were added. By the end of the year, the annual production of modified plastics reached 30000 tons. In terms of scientific research, the company has successively passed the IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management system certification, and POLYPLASTECH is vigorously growing.

2019
